Dear self, you will run after work tomorrow and you will stop mindless eating at work and on break and you will not stress eat anymore because you’re going back to where you were and you don’t want to go back there, its bad and you hate yourself there. Move on from what’s stressing you out! Outdo temptation. Forget him. Focus on you, because this way you been treating yourself isn’t you. You’re stronger than that. Stay in the saddle. Lose it and keep it off.
